The Beatles Bible
The BeatlesBible has in-depth guides to all of The Beatles’ songs, including recording and release dates and articles with fascinating facts about the songs recorded by The Beatles during their career.
You will also find information about all of The Beatles’ albums including full articles about some of the albums and full discographies for over 40 countries.
Don’t forget to visit the Fab Forum and share in the discussion of the Beatles songs, books, movies, and much more. My favorite is Beatles Pics, where members are sharing pictures they have collected.
You will love the ‘Tribute to John Lennon’ where you’ll find a wealth of information about Lennon, including information on key events from his childhood through to The Beatles and his solo years. There is also a section of Lennon photos that you have to see!
Macca-Central
the Paul McCartney Fun Site
Mike’s site has everything you want to know about Paul McCartney. He has listings of all of Paul’s albums with the lyrics, chords, and videos to go along with the songs.
He also has a detailed list of Paul’s concerts during his solo career. When you click on the city or date of the gig, you’ll get a pop-up window that reveals information on the gig and tour, including pictures, band members, set-list, and reviews.
If you’re looking to complete your collection of Beatles and solo videos, you will find them here with links to purchase them at Amazon.com.
Are you starting to get the idea that this site has a lot of information? I haven’t even talked about the oBlogdi – oBlogda forum, you have to check it out!
The Beatles Blog Carnival presents
The Beatles & Bournemouth
Nick Churchill has written a book, “Yeah Yeah Yeah: The Beatles and Bournemouth,” which includes previously unseen and rare photographs of The Beatles taken in Bournemouth, and has first-hand accounts from people who were lucky enough to be there.
The Beatles played shows at the Gaumont Cinema in the English seaside town of Bournemouth on August 19-24, 1963, playing two shows each night, and again on October 24, 1964. The cover of the Beatles second album, “With the Beatles” was taken in Bournemouth during their week-long stay that August.
Isn’t there someone you know that would love Nick’s book? He also has some high quality art prints available for purchase.
TheBeatles.com
I could probably spend all day on the TheBeatles.com website watching the videos of old interviews, mini documentaries of their movies and songs, clips from Rock Band Gameplay, and much more!
There is also hundreds of images on the site that include candid shots in the recording studio, photographs taken during the filming of their movies, and shots taken during the photo sessions for their album covers.
The memorabilia section includes a wide range of tickets to concerts, private performances, and movie premiers. There are also 45 rpm picture sleeves, (remember 45′s?) from all over the world.
The Beatles Store is where you can pre-order the Magical Mystery tour DVD coming out soon. They are also offering the limited edition, 7″ vinyl “Love Me Do/P.S I Love You, which is available for the first time to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles first single released on October 5, 1962. You will love the wide range of items being offered.
In the Life of… The Beatles
A very unique feature of “In the Life of the Beatles” is the Deconstructing videos. Individual tracks are isolated on the songs Dear Prudence, Get Back, Taxman, Here Comes the Sun, and While My Guitar Gently Weeps. You can listen to Ringo playing the drums on “Get Back,” or George playing the guitar on “Here Comes the Sun,” and more, give it a listen, I think you’ll like it.
You’ll also find a complete listings of Beatles lyrics, a listing of unreleased songs by the Beatles, and a list of working titles that evolved into Beatles songs. Also, visit their YouTube channel with lots of Beatles videos.

Next on the Beatles Blog Carnival is:
Meet the Beatles For Real
Sara says about her blog, “This blog is to highlight photos and stories of people who have met the Beatles in person. And while fan taken photos are my favorite, I also like to include vintage fan photos and other photos that show the Beatles meeting fans.”
Here’s an article called “My Groovy Visit with George Harrison” by Rodney Bingenheimer.
This article is about Jill Haworth and her romance with Paul McCartney, “The Truth About My Romance With Beatle Paul.”
